Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the Field Operations Supervisor’s and Field Technician’s Day to day performance and ensures that Kayden is meeting and exceeding customer needs. To accomplish this, the Operations Manager must oversee and ensure the Field Operations Supervisors are obtaining all reports from the field technicians and it is accurate and completed daily. The Operations Manager must coordinate equipment availability, performance and manage the equipment’s in-shop service requirements. Monitor supplier delivery performance and timelines. Resolve and respond to vendor concerns and grievances, manage costs, overhead, and work with Field Operations Supervisors in a way which retains and develops client relationships while maintaining effective cost controls. This will be achieved through inventory control, sound decision making and efficient logistical decisions. The Operations Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day operations and shop activities for the region. They will be required to make frequent site visits to gain client relationships and ensure Kayden standards are met or exceeded.
